Pricing:  The Full-Service Planning rate is customized to your event and the scope of work. The planning rate starts at $5,720.

The rate for an additional assistant is $20 an hour with a minimum of six (6) hours.  The need for an additional assistant will be determined throughout the process, or if your guest count exceeds 100 guests.

This package was created for the family who wants to be involved in the planning process but needs a professional to guide them through it. Having Swoon Soiree looped in helps prevent a mistake from being made that isn’t discovered until the event day.  This also saves the family a ton of time and money.  Swoon Soiree will guide you through the event industry and educate you on the right questions to ask, the right vendors to call, and keep you on track.  We will review all contracts before signing, making sure that you are getting what you want at a fair price.  Access to a planner starts the day we enter into an agreement.

The Partial Planning rate starts at $3,500.  If additional time or services are needed we can discuss an hourly rate or items can be selected from the A La Carte Menu.

This package is for the client that has already booked all of their vendors but needs someone to coordinate the final details and orchestrate the event.

  • Unlimited phone and email starting 60 days from the event day.
  • Access to Swoon Soiree’s Planning Software starting eight (8) weeks from the event day
  • Construct a detailed timeline for the event
  • Event day coordination from set up to break down (up to 8 hours)
  • One assistant is included for up to 100 guests. (one additional assistant is required for every 50 guests over 100 or scope of work)
  • Client is responsible for finding and securing all of their vendors. 

Pricing:  Event Management starts at $2,340.  If additional time or services are needed please feel free to select from the A La Carte Menu or we can discuss an hourly rate.

Design & Styling – $2,500

Room Blocks– $200 for up to three hotels 

These items are priced on a case by case basis:

  • Transportation coordination for the weekend’s events
  • Assistance with Friday Shabbat Dinner or Sunday Brunch
  • Vendor Recommendations and Management
  • Room Plan to scale
  • Seating Charts
  • Creation of Timeline
  • Assemble and mail save the date and/or invitations
  • Guest list management (track responses and food choices)
  • Welcome bags: Idea generation, creation, and distribution
  • Bathroom Refreshment Baskets: creation and distribution
  • Favors and Gifts: recommendations and assembly if required
  • Strike Team: This is for the family who either have a bunch of things to bring in or have limited time for set-up and tear down of their event. This is when we hire extra staff outside of the wedding planner, assistants, and personal attendant.
