Pricing:  The Full-Service Planning rate is customized to your event and the scope of work. The planning rate starts at $5,720.

The rate for an additional assistant is $20 an hour with a minimum of six (6) hours.  The need for an additional assistant will be determined throughout the process, or if your guest count exceeds 100 guests.

This package is for the client that has already booked all of their vendors but needs someone to coordinate the final details and orchestrate the event.

  • Unlimited phone and email starting 90 days from the event day.
  • Access to Swoon Soiree’s Planning Software starting eight (8) weeks from the event day
  • Construct a detailed timeline for the event
  • Event day coordination from set up to break down (up to 8 hours)
  • Two assistants are included for up to 100 guests. (one additional assistant is required for every 50 guests over 100 or scope of work)
  • The client is responsible for finding and securing all of their vendors. 

Pricing:  Event Management starts at $2,540.  If additional time or services are needed please feel free to select from the A La Carte Menu or we can discuss an hourly rate.

Planning and/or Design can be added from the a la carte menu. 

The rate for an additional assistant is $20 an hour with a minimum of six (6) hours.  The need for an additional assistant will be determined throughout the process, or if your guest count exceeds 100 guests.

Design & Styling – $2,500

  • Initial Consultation
  • Design meetings (up to 3)
  • Development of unique theme, overall design, and color palette
  • Creation of an inspirational board with design concepts
  • Recommendations from Swoon Soiree’s preferred vendor list based on your overall design, theme, and budget
  • Assistance with attire and styling
  • Event Day Styling assistant 

Planning– 10% of each contract secured. 

Room Blocks– $200 for up to three hotels 

These items are priced on a case by case basis:

  • Assistance with Friday Shabbat Dinner or Sunday Brunch
  • Assemble and mail save the date and/or invitations
  • Guestlist management (track responses and food choices)
  • Welcome bags: Idea generation, creation, and distribution
  • Bathroom Refreshment Baskets: creation and distribution
  • Favors and Gifts: recommendations and assembly if required
