- Unlimited consultations via phone and email
- Construct detailed timeline for event day and all related activities
- Event day coordination from set up to break down (up to 10 hours)
- One assistant is included for up to 100 guests. (one additional assistant is required for for every 50 guests over 100 or scope of work)
Pricing: The Full Service Planning rate starts at $5,500. If additional time or services are needed we can discuss an hourly rate or items can be selected from the A La Carte Menu.
The rate for an additional assistant is $20 an hour with a minimum of six (6) hours. The need for an additional assistant will be determined throughout the process, or if your guest count exceeds 100 guests.
