From the moment you said “Yes” to the moment you say good night to your guests, we will be there each step of the way. Our team will focus on the details that are inspired by your story and that showcases you. We will weave these common threads through the first impression welcome party, to the breathtaking wedding, to the thrilling after party, and finally ending with a farewell brunch or next day activity.

Our full-service planning includes all aspects of organizing a successful event. From planning to design, to production, and event management. Engaging our team early on in the process will allow us to ensure the proper venue and vendors are secured while staying within budget and keeping the event in tandem. We will be in constant communication through the whole process as we move through the various phases. We will set you up with a cloud-based portal to ensure that you are informed at all times and no details are overlooked.
 
This service level is ideal for a client who is really wanting a customized event and is in the beginning stages of planning. Your guest experience is important to you, the design aesthetic is a top-three priority, and you prioritize photography and entertainment.

Having Swoon Soiree looped in helps prevent a mistake from being made that isn’t discovered until the wedding day.

Swoon Soiree will guide you through the wedding industry and educate you on the right questions to ask, the right vendors to call, and will keep you on track. We will review all contracts before signing, making sure that you are getting what you want at a fair price. Your planner will be available for scheduled calls and unlimited emails. You will be granted access to your online portal from the very beginning to ensure that everything is organized and getting completed on time. Guided Planning is only available at select venues and/or dates.

This package was created for the couple who wants to be involved in the planning process but needs a professional to guide them through it. 

Swoon Soiree will be in touch with your vendors and coordinate all loose ends starting ninety days from your wedding day. We will conduct a site visit, build your timeline, floorplans, and be a resource to both you and your vendors during those 90 days. We will also be with you through your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.

There are so many details and moving parts that go on behind the scenes that it is easy for something to be overlooked, or for the final planning phases to feel overwhelming. Most venues require that you at least hire a ‘day of coordinator’, or an event manager. This service level will satisfy that requirement.

This package is for the couple that has already started on their planning journey but needs someone to coordinate the final details and orchestrate the rehearsal and wedding day.

Having a destination wedding comes with its own unique challenges. There are time zone changes, currency, cultural differences, logistics, customs, the list goes on. Having your event planner in the same country with you makes the process much smoother. You can have a design meeting with Swoon Soiree on your lunch break, and know that we will be the ones awake at 3am talking to the venue coordinator at your destination site.

All members of Swoon Soiree are no stranger to travel. Most of our planners have spent much of their time in other parts of the world. If there is something that we don’t know, we have the resources, and the time to figure it out. Let us spend the time planning, and running all of the international logistics, while you spend your time enjoying your engagement.

As a wedding planner I have heard countless proposal stories. I have heard some really great proposals, and some that really could have used a little help. Most of the time the person asking just didn’t know where to start, or they didn’t know what was available. We will work together to create the dream proposal. Our team will communicate with the vendors so you are not sneaking away to make phone calls. We will set everything up, and oversee the breakdown. You will be free to carry on with your daily life, so as not to arouse suspicion or ruin the surprise.
