From Vision to Execution. 

This service is designed for couples who are confident managing the planning process themselves but want the benefit of professional guidance along the way.

Guided Planning includes everything offered in our Event Management service, with the added benefit of early access to your planner in a consulting role. From the moment you sign on, we’ll be available to answer questions, review contracts, suggest trusted vendors, and keep you on track. You’ll also have access to your online planning portal from the very beginning, ensuring everything stays organized and on schedule.

While we are happy to weigh in on your inspiration and guide you toward vendors who align with your aesthetic, this does not include design services. Your planner serves in an advisory capacity. We will offer direction and insight, but we do not create formal design plans or manage the visual execution. This is a consulting role, not a concierge one.

This package was created for the couple who wants to be involved in the planning process but needs a professional to guide them through it. 

Beginning 90 days prior to your wedding, Swoon Soirée will step in to finalize logistics, connect with your vendor team, and ensure that all the moving parts come together seamlessly. We’ll conduct a site visit, create a comprehensive timeline and floor plans, and serve as a resource for both you and your vendors throughout the final planning phase.

On the wedding weekend, we’ll be present to oversee your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, managing the flow, ensuring nothing is missed, and protecting the guest experience from behind the scenes.

Event Management is led by a trusted Swoon Soirée planner and is offered based on calendar availability and event fit. Starting at $4,500, with preferred rates available for select venues.

This service is designed for couples who have begun planning their wedding but need expert coordination as the day approaches.

Choosing a more intimate guest count provides your vendors the flexibility to elevate every detail, ensuring a personalized and intentional luxury experience. The styling of these events mirrors the editorial precision seen in photoshoots, with meticulous attention to each element. Opting for a smaller guest count not only allows us to explore creative boundaries and secure exclusive, non-traditional venues but also ensures more time dedicated to crafting an exceptional experience for you and your guests.

Having a destination wedding comes with its own unique challenges. There are time zone changes, currency, cultural differences, logistics, customs, the list goes on. Having your event planner in the same country with you makes the process much smoother. You can have a design meeting with Swoon Soiree on your lunch break, and know that we will be the ones awake at 3am talking to the venue coordinator at your destination site.

All members of Swoon Soiree are no stranger to travel. Most of our planners have spent much of their time in other parts of the world. If there is something that we don’t know, we have the resources, and the time to figure it out. Let us spend the time planning, and running all of the international logistics, while you spend your time enjoying your engagement.

The proposal will be exactly how you imagined. It will be unique, personal, and something that you both can be proud of. If done right, it is something that your new fiancé will talk to everyone about over and over again. As a wedding planner I have heard countless proposal stories. I have heard some really great proposals, and some that really could have used a little help. Most of the time the person asking just didn’t know where to start, or they didn’t know what was available. We will work together to create the dream proposal. Our team will communicate with the vendors so you are not sneaking away to make phone calls. We will set everything up, and oversee the breakdown. You will be free to carry on with your daily life, so as not to arouse suspicion or ruin the surprise.
