From planning to design, to production, and event management, we will guide you through the whole process. Engaging our team early on in the process will allow us to ensure the proper venue and vendors are being secured while staying within budget and keeping the event in tandem. We will be in constant communication through the whole process as we move through the various phases. We will set you up with a cloud-based portal to ensure that everyone is informed at all times and no details are overlooked.
This service level is ideal for a client who is really wanting a customized event and is in the beginning stages of planning. Your guest experience is important to you, the design aesthetic is a top-five priority, and you would like to be involved, but perhaps you don’t have the time to commit to the magnitude of details and decisions that are required.
Event budgets that are best suited for Full Service begin at $80k, not including the planning fee. Photographer approval is required.
