Be Sage Day Two: Learning, Exploration, and Breakout Groups
Day two of the Be Sage Conference began with breakfast on the patio, followed by a full day of engaging sessions. A highlight of the day was the breakout groups, where attendees were assigned to smaller gatherings across the property.
Breakout Sessions: Finding Common Ground
In these breakouts, we were tasked with discovering why we had been grouped together. The answer? We all had been in business for a similar length of time. This created a deeper bond among those at the same stage in their careers, and the guided prompts helped foster meaningful conversations. This experience was incredibly valuable in forming connections with peers who understand the challenges of running a business in a similar phase. There was an also a fun game of bingo thrown in to keep things interesting.
Exploring San Miguel de Allende and Dine-Around
After the sessions, the day wrapped up with an invitation to explore the property, head into town, or enjoy a “dine-around” experience. Organizers secured reservations at various restaurants around San Miguel de Allende, offering an intimate setting for attendees to build connections over great food and conversation.
