I met Destiny and Austin at a wedding show last year right after Austin proposed to Destiny on stage. It was such a great moment and Destiny was totally surprised. Fast forward a few months and I am contacted by Destiny’s mom. They were going down the planning process and were realizing that with everything going on in their busy lives, the emotional rollercoaster they were on, and the amount of time it takes to plan an event this size, that it was time to hire a wedding planner.
Austin is an avid golfer, so they knew right away they wanted to be married on a golfcourse. He is a member of a group of golf clubs so they selected the Hanover Country Club as their venue. Destiny comes from a HUGE family. Her mother was one of twelve children and they were all coming down from NYC. With some strategic placement of tables and a lot of love from her family we were able to set up a great wedding. The energy in this room was amazing. Everyone was happy, excited, and full of love for this couple.
The Hanover Country Club was so accommodating and really bent over backwards to help us with this event. The family was so much fun to work with. Lots of great big personalities and lots of laughs. Both Austin and Destiny have a great support system, a strong love for each other, and I wish them the best in their married life. I know that their family will guide them through the tough times and celebrate the great times.
