Meeting of the Minds Breakfast
On day three of the conference, we began the day with a “meeting of the minds” breakfast, where attendees asked questions, some submitted ahead of time, and the entire room provided their collective expertise. This collaborative format allowed everyone to tap into the shared knowledge and experience of fellow event professionals, creating insightful discussions and support.

The day continued with more informative sessions and speakers. Each session offered invaluable insights into business growth, and entrepreneurship, all within the context of small business.
Farewell Dinner: A Design Masterpiece
The farewell dinner at Live Aqua Resort’s garden terrace was incredible. The event’s design blew me away with its intentional styling and intriguing blend of colors. The tablescape featured neutral tones paired with dark greens, maroon, eggplant, and vibrant moody hues. Fresh fruits and vegetables were incorporated into the centerpieces, complemented by elegant glass candelabras and artisan candles. This thoughtful setup created a magical and luxurious ambiance for the evening.
A Curated Local Menu
The dinner menu was crafted from local delicacies, showcasing unique offerings such as grasshopper soup. This added an adventurous touch to the culinary experience. Live music added to the atmosphere, and the night couldn’t have been better.
The After Party: A Showstopping Dance Floor
Following dinner, we were led to the after-party by a mariachi band. The party took place in a ballroom that had been draped and decorated for the occasion. The highlight of the space was a hand-painted dance floor that matched the design from the conference stage and all the paper collateral, tying everything together with artistic cohesion. It was the perfect way to end our time in San Miguel de Allende, and the Be Sage Conference.
