This past fall, I had the pleasure of attending a Familiarization (Fam) Trip that showcased everything this venue has to offer. Organized by Grit and Grace, a renowned event design firm, the event highlighted the vineyard’s capabilities and the enchanting ambiance it provides.

The Fam Trip showcased Early Mountain Vineyard’s commitment to excellence. We stayed at The Draftsman, a charming local hotel, with convenient shuttle transport to the vineyard.

This design harmoniously blended with the vineyard’s picturesque landscape, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the venue. The dress code for guests was “Late Summer, Modern Sedona Sunset, Neutrals. Canvas, Midnight, Smoke, Terracotta, Sand, Mud, Sage.”
Venue Tour
Our group enjoyed a detailed tour of Early Mountain Vineyard, appreciating its well-maintained grounds and facilities. The tour was not only informative but also inspirational, offering numerous ideas for utilizing the space effectively for various events.
Dining and Networking The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the dining experience. The evening began with cocktail hour, providing a perfect setting for networking among industry professionals. The seated dinner featured locally-sourced dishes, paired exquisitely with wines produced on-site, showcasing the vineyard’s culinary prowess.
Post-dinner, the evening continued out onto the terrace with drinks and desserts by the fire, exemplifying how the vineyard could craft a cozy and inviting atmosphere for any gathering.
