From the moment you said “Yes” to the moment you say good night to your guests, we will be there each step of the way.  Inspired by your story, Swoon Soiree will create an event that showcases you.

Our full-service planning includes all aspects of putting together a successful event. From planning to design, to production, and event management, we will guide you through the whole process.  Engaging our team early on in the process will allow us to ensure the proper venue and vendors are being secured while staying within budget and keeping the event in tandem.  We will be in constant communication through the whole process as we move through the various phases. We will set you up with a cloud-based portal to ensure that everyone is informed at all times and no details are overlooked.  

This service level is ideal for a client who is really wanting a customized event and is in the beginning stages of planning.  Your guest experience is important to you, the design aesthetic is a top-five priority, and you would like to be involved, but perhaps you don’t have the time to commit to the magnitude of details and decisions that are required.

This package was created for the couple who wants to be involved in the planning process but needs a professional to guide them through it. Most of our couples have never planned a wedding before. Having Swoon Soiree looped in helps prevent a mistake from being made that isn’t discovered until the wedding day. This also saves the couple a ton of time and money. Swoon Soiree will guide you through the wedding industry and educate you on the right questions to ask, the right vendors to call, and will keep you on track. We will review all contracts before signing, making sure that you are getting what you want at a fair price.  Your planner will be available for three in-person/zoom planning meetings with vendors and scheduled monthly check-in calls with you.  You will be granted access to your online portal from the very beginning to ensure that everything is organized and getting completed on time.

 

If the design is important, you have the option to include design services as well.

This package is for the couple that has already started on their planning journey but needs someone to coordinate the final details and orchestrate the rehearsal and wedding day.  Swoon Soiree will be in touch with your vendors and coordinate all loose ends starting three months from your wedding day.  We will also be with you through your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.  There are so many details and moving parts that go on behind the scenes that you shouldn’t have to worry about. You deserve to enjoy your wedding day to the fullest.

 

If you feel that you would benefit from a more active role with your planner you can include guided planning services. If the design is important, you have the option to include design services as well.

If you have always dreamed of a small intimate affair, if you are affected by Covid-19, or If you started wedding planning, like many couples do, with grand ideas and a Pinterest page of gorgeous images, I’m sure it wasn’t long before you discovered that your guest count wasn’t going to work with the current safety regulations, or that your ideas were outside of your financial comfort zone. If this was the case, now is the time to make those dreams a reality.  When working with a smaller guest count your vendors have the capacity with both staff and time to elevate each touchpoint. Your available budget will go much further, and the guest experience will be more personalized and intentional. The styling of these events will be much more editorial with attention to each and every detail, much like we style for photoshoots. Having a lower guest count will also allow us to host weddings safetly during this covid-19 pandemic. 

There are a few different levels we can offer.  Each Styled Soiree will be intentionally designed, heavily personalized, and will focus on the experience for you and each one of your guests.  With the reduced guest count, we can really lean into the design, the details, and the experiences.  You can have that high-end design and really showcase who you are as a couple.

If you have already booked your vendors we can definitely work with them depending on availability.  If you are coming in new, we will work together to source the vendors for you.  Vendors are selected based on style and budget. Each event will be customized to the couple and pricing will vary.

* If you are having a micro or mini wedding and still planning on having a sequel wedding later, we can align the design to carry through both the smaller and larger events. 

Asking someone to marry you is such a monumental moment in both of your lives.  It is something that can’t be done over.  Hiring a professional planner to help you come up with the best idea, provide access to the best vendors, and keep it a complete surprise will guarantee that you won’t suffer from a disappointing proposal. To help ease the stress of wedding planning Swoon Soiree is available for consulting.  Whether you are just starting out and aren’t sure where to begin, would like some guidance on how to set a realistic budget for your vision and market, or if you are unsure of the next steps and need someone to help get you back on track.  Your time can be spent discussing one on one, or we can include a vendor meeting. Consulting is billed at $75 an hour, or $100 an hour if we are meeting with a vendor.

Please take us with you. Having a destination wedding comes with it’s own unique challenges. There are time zone changes, currency, cultural differences, logistics, the list goes on.  Having your event planner in the same market with you makes the process much smoother.  You can have a design meeting with Swoon Soiree on your lunch break, and know that they will be the ones awake at 3am talking to the venue coordinator at your destination site.  All members of Swoon Soiree are no stranger to travel.  Most of our coordinators have spent much of their time in other parts of the world.  If there is something that we don’t know, we have the resources and the time to figure it out.  Let us spend the time planning, while you spend your time enjoying your engagement.

Destination planning fees are established on a case by case basis.

Design & Styling of Wedding – $3,000

-Initial Consultation 

-Design meetings (up to 3)

-Mockup design meeting (one mockup is included)

*You are responsible for the cost of the florals for the mockup

*The client is responsible for shipping, delivery, and rental items. 

Personal Attendant- $200 for six hours

The PA works closely with the couple to ensure that everything runs smoothly and the couple is 100% taken care of.  While the wedding planner will be running around dealing with the guests and vendors, the PA will never leave your side.  Some of the duties of the PA include but are not limited to:

-holding personal items including touch up kits and cell phones.

-ensuring the couple has food and water

-holding the bouquet for photos when it is not needed

-holding the brides dress so it won’t drag on the ground

-holding an umbrella in the event of rain

-helping to get dressed

-running short errands

Additional Assistant: $250

-required for every 50 guests over 100, or scope of work

Room Flip: $1000

Hourly Consultation- $75/hr if general Q&A, $100/hr if we are meeting with a vendor

Coordination of events surrounding the wedding weekend- Starting at $500
