This 10-acre site has everything you need to make your day perfect. The grounds have gorgeous gardens, trees, pathways, and a babbling granite creek. The old mill ruins offer a truly unique and historic site for your ceremony. The large gray stone of the old mill is covered with greenery and makes for a gorgeous backdrop for your ceremony. Once you have taken your photos along the creek and gotten married at the mill you can move your guests into the Main Room for reception.
The Main Room can accommodate up to 180 guests for a buffet and 150 for a plated dinner. Included in the rental fee are all of the upgrades you would need for a classy affair. All of the food is prepared on site and from scratch by the owner herself. If you are having a buffet it will be set up in the stone buffet room. There is a permanent bar that is stocked with local craft beer, local wine, and top shelf liquor.
When you reserve the Mill at Fine Creek you get the whole venue for your day. This includes the ceremony site, reception site, and the bridal and groom suite. If you have children there is a play area for them to hang out in. This is such a great feature for any guests or wedding party members who have young children. The Main Room is equipped with state of the art sound equipment, dance floor, and can accommodate both a band or a DJ.
The venue owners have plans to expand on their property. They plan on building guests cottages and some other unique features. Stay tuned to see what they are working on next. In the meantime, make sure you reserve your date early. They are usually booked almost a year out.
